Not a good first experience. I brought my vehicle into the shop around 10:45am to have an issue investigated, sat for an hour, then was told they "think" my drivers side wheel bearing was bad, but it was "hard to tell". I was then pressured to have them change both wheel bearings, after being told the total cost for one would be close to $500. The technician told me it would take about two hours to replace just one bearing, so I requested to take advantage of their "shuttle" service, which turned out to be just a guy in a pick up truck. I had to wait another half an hour for the ride back home, and on the way home the driver tells me they were going to pick me back up in MY CAR, which would have meant them driving to my house to pick me up in my vehicle, me driving back to the shop to pay for the service, then driving back home for a fourth trip in total. As I mentioned before, I brought my car in around 1045 for what should have been a 2 to 3 hour job. About six hours later, after 5:00pm, I still hadn't heard from the shop regarding the disposition of my vehicle, so I decided to call for an update (the shop closes at 6:00pm). I was told at that time all they had to do was test drive the vehicle and they could then come and pick me up. About an hour later I receive a call from a technician informing me the bearing they put inside my car was defective, so they needed to tear it apart and put another one in, which would carry this whole process into the following day. The gentleman tells me he will come in at 7:00am and begin to work on my vehicle. I didn't receive a call the following day until around 11:00am, informing me my vehicle was finished. I requested to have a technician pick me up, being that I didn't have my vehicle, and was told they would contact me when someone was available. I had to go into work at 1:00pm that day, and fortunately was able to find a ride from a family member, after waiting another hour and a half and never receiving a call from a technician. Upon arriving at the shop to pick up my vehicle, I requested some form of discount due to the many inconveniences and being forced to go without my vehicle for a day and a half. The technician put up some resistance, and took a mere $50 off of my $480 dollar service. I was then told I will need to eventually have my other wheel bearing changed, and after driving the vehicle, now hear a different noise, which seems worse than before. Overall, had I known what a hassle and difficult process this was going to be, I would not have chosen this shop for my automotive services.
